if you do take the time to break down the food would that not speed up the process by a week or two ? just wondering.

Looks good! Nice job on your video. The only thing I would change a little is elevating the second bin a little more. It looks like there is about 1/2 inch area to catch the liquid. Once the bin get full there will be no room for the liquid. It can fill up fast. Thanks for sharing.
Great vdeo. Explained it good.Thank you. I don’t have mine like your though. Mine is outside and I have two now.I just put a lot of holes on the side for air for them. And i keep the lid. one lid does not fit anymore. It is full a lot. lol And I cover them slighly with a tarp over that when it rains or it is cold. They have survived the whole winter and all the rain we have had. ;o)
