Question by Danii: Why don’t humans drink bottled human milk instead of cow milk?
Just a weird thought, logically wouldn’t one think that human milk would be more appropriate for humans to bottle and drink than cow or goat milk? I saw a carton of cat milk in the pet store and thought, why not human milk? Would any of you buy and drink human milk?

  2. No. It’s highly disturbing when mothers breast feed their children way too long. I can’t imagine buying boob juice and drinking it. You would have to harvest a lot of humans for that.

  3. probably not. Most of us eat cows, so it would seem logical to me to drink their milk as well. Would you drink milk from some random woman’s breasts that she would have had to pump out while lactating?

  6. Simple. For cultural reasons. Drinking human milk as an adult is taboo in our society. Food is intrinsically tied to our culture. Cow’s milk is perfectly acceptable in our culture, whereas human milk is acceptable to drink only as an infant.

There are many food taboos in western society. The same is true for dog and cat meat….. or balut… which is a hard boiled duck egg with a baby duck inside. You don’t find these types of food in the Canada, but you do find them present in other cultures.

  7. Because women have better things to do than make milk for other people. Can you imagine a woman put on a pump to get milk just like a cow. plus how safe will this milk be with various diseases going around. I would not want to get aids from a gallon of milk that had some milk from someone that had the disease.

  9. to easily answer this question, I must say through my personal experience. It just personally discussed me.

My girlfriend was in such pain due to her pregnancy and enlarged watermelons that she once asked me to suck the milk out. Seriously. It’s gross
