crinkle cut frozen fries, cougar gold cheese curds, and generic chicken gravy. after assembling, I ran it under the broiler for a minute to help melt the cheese.

no individual part of this concoction was ideal, but the overall effect was nonetheless tasty. I think I’d go back to the turkey gravy next time, though.

  1. I like to cook it in a pan with some garlic, oregano, and some marsala wine. Try it, it’s delicious 😉

Uh and don’t forget to cover the chicken in flour first.

  2. Chicken:- Grilled.
Cook chicken on grill or in broiler about 6 minutes per side until just done.

  3. You can just fry them in a pan with a bit of olive oil and whatever spices you like. It might not be the most interesting recipe but it is fast and easy. Or throw them in the oven with a can of cream of mushroom (or cream of anything…) soup and throw it all over rice.

  4. I’d go with the broiler.
It’s fast and you have less of a chance of drying it out.
Season with whatever you like – no fresh herbs, they burn under the direct heat.
I’d recommend pounding the chicken a bit flatter so they cook evenly, sometimes the bigger end of the breast cooks slower than the rest and can be a pain.
