  1. goat milk is naturally homogenized. the cream and milk do not separate. it is quite tasty, and i love goat milk cheese.

  5. Goats milk is higher in fat and calcium but lower in lactose. The main positive in goats milk is that if you are allergic to cows milk like I was growing up you can still drink goats milk. It is generally considered to be safer/milder for children than cows milk as well.

  6. Goats milk is delicious and cows milk is nasty.
    Cows are gross, goats are wonderful.
    BTW, goats milk and cows milk have roughly the same butterfat (3.5% or so). Some of the breeds have different fat levels;
    nubians (goat) and Jerseys (cow) are high, Holsteins (cow) and Saanens (goat) are low.
    And goats milk is easier for humans to digest.
