I know it was really old but yea its about some young boys talking about scary urban legends.
one of them was the lady who found a fried rat at kentucky fried chicken, another was a lady drying her dog in a microwave and it exploding. and at the end it was a story about a janitor that was really a monster.
it wasnt urban legend, it involved kids telling the stories at around junior highschool
