From the "Evicted" episode of Adventure Time: my plush version of one of the unnamed worms that aren’t allowed to get on the bed. Someone asked at the SDCC panel, apparently there are no further details about the worms. I love those worms so much I had to pause the show to squee at the cuteness the first time.
He is poseable and equipped with a magnet so he can sit on your shoulder. Made him happy. Suppose I’ll have to make a whole bunch of them now. If I do the Worm King he’ll have to be scaled down a bit I guess (cop-out!!)
Question by Chris P: what kind of bedding is the best to use in my worm bed?
my girl scouts want to make some worm bins and i need to find out what kind of dirt is the best to use ? and were can i find earth worms by the lb. in ocala fl .

It depends on the type of worms you wish to raise. Red Manure Worms are the easiest to raise, they are sold under the trade name of “Red Wigglers”, “American Hybrid Red Worms” and many more names. The key is they are Red Worms. What makes them easier to raise is they eat uncomposted material. All the other varieties of worms need the food to be almost completely composted before they can digest it.
The best food for Red Manure Worms is Horse Manure. Go to a stable and get a load of horse manure and shavings mix for worm food. While you are there, you can take a shovel and dig through the manure pile and you can pick up a bucket of Red Wigglers for breed stock. The worms double in number every thirty days, so it won’t be many months before you will have worms to advertise for sale to local gardeners and composters.
