Question by Lyndee: what is the easiest way you can make chicken?
I just got home from work and I’m planning on making chicken for dinner but I still have about an hour for the chicken to defrost and my husband gets home at 5 so I wont have long to cook after it defrosts.
What is the easiest and quickest way to cook it?

  3. thaw it in cold water in the sink, when thawed cut out the back bone and flatten by pressing down on the breastbone. smear the skin with a Tab of oil, season both sides and place on a rack in a broiler pan and roast 350F for about an hour or till juices from the thigh near the body run clear. you can slather some honey mustard or bbq sauce the last 15 minutes.

  6. Best way is to just BOIL it up nice and plain until it almost falls apart. You will be rewarded with beautiful clean tasting chicken that will practically slide down the back of your throat by itself
