I want to know if the all 200 litre is available for use in the morning following a sunny day?

It is available for use in the morning following a sunny day, yes, it has that capacity.

Solar water tanks are usually super-insulated, so that any heat generated during the day is available over the next couple of days. The number and size of the solar collectors outside vary based on the size of the tank and your location. Hot climates need half the collectors as cold climates.
