Question by comedycatalyst: What is the best kind of organic fertilizer on the market?
NOT! manure…I stay away from that as often as possible.

Here in Texas I know a guy who uses molasses chips, they work amazingly.

Fish emulsion,Blood meal,Bone meal,Epsom salts.All work well on most anything.I am sure there might be something else in there but I don’t use it other than composted manure.

Green manures combined with composts are probably the best thing for your soil. Though manure is great stuff and needed by the soil life for optimum health. But green manures add a lot of organic matter and nutrients to the soil.
Than there are rock powders such as green sand, rock phosphate, etc., that are helpful for most soils
Fish and kelp fertilizers re very effective especially as folier feeds.
There is no one “best organic fertilizer on the market” as a healthy well balanced organic garden needs many different things. In organic growing there is no such thing as a magic bullet
