  2. I am not sure what fromais is but “frais” is fresh in French.
    If it was cheese it would be fromage frais.

  3. I think maybe you are meaning “Fromage frais” which is a dairy product, originating from Belgium and north of France. The name translates to ‘fresh cheese’

  4. Fromage Frais is readily available in the dairy section at Woolworths – if I recall correctly the brand they sell is King Island – usually up around the yoghurt section
