Question by Violet: What is a docile breed for each of these farm animals listed below?
Cow
Sheep
Pig
Horse
Chicken
Dog
Cat
Goat
Duck
The breed has to be small and child friendly (preferably low maintenance)
Also how much land will each of these animals need? I live in a very grassy area

  2. For all breeds it depends on how you treat them.
I had a dairy farm and my cows were known in the area as being very quiet and easy to handle.
That was because I cared about them and treated them well. They trusted me.
It is the same with all animals.
The larger animals need the most land of course. eg 1 acre at least for a cow.
