Question by *~* Sexy Mama *~*: What do you think of substituting cow milk for goat milk?
So I am going to start weaning my soon to be 1 year old. She has a lot of allergies ( flare ups) from different things I eat. I am tired of the guessing game. I don’t feel comfortable giving her cows milk because of her allergies. What is your take on goats milk instead. What do you know? Thanks. Also what about Lactaid? What is this?

  6. It is fine.. I had a ton of allergies as a kid & still do now..
My mother substituted goats milk for me too… I used to drink the carnation dry milk also. The dry milk isn’t as hard on the system..
These days people have a ton of alternatives..
    Soy Milk
    Almond Milk
