Amazing goat’s milk version of mint ‘n chip ice cream. Had a bit of a grainy, icy texture, but I like that.
Eaten at a street fair in San Jose.
Question by Brandi Lyn: What do you know about giving a baby goat’s milk?
I breastfed my son exclusively for 2 months then we started supplementing with goats milk and he’s been taking just that since he was 6 months old. I think it works out great for him, but I know people have their opinions and I was just wondering if anyone has heard anything about it. Thank you.
I would love to give my son formula but every formula I’ve tried from the cheap kind to the expensive stuff has made my son projectile vomit, so goat’s milk was our next option and he loves it.
Give your answer to this question below!
I think goat’s milk is good for goat babies, and human milk is good for human babies.

my husband and his ex gave his son goats milk and he had a huge weight problem. goats milk is supposed to be extremely high in fat. I’d supplement with formula until baby is one year and then if you want to use goats milk occasionally i would but I’d use whole milk otherwise.

My daughter who is 2 1/2 is allergic to milk….so we tried using goats milk as my husband(he is 32 now) was also allergic to milk when he was a baby and that is what he drank and her formula costs alot of money…unfortunately though she still cannot drink it without it causing problems….I see nothing wrong with it though as that is what alot of the older generation had as children and it did not cause them any harm

Father of India ‘ Mahatma Gandhi ‘ took goat’s milk till his end and he felt it very healthy.
I suppose you can verify it from his life history
This is a standing proof

As long as its pasturized I don’t see a huge problem with it. You need to alk to your pediatrician to see if you should be supplementing some vitamins and such that he needs that the goats milk might not have. I don’t see it as any worse than giving a 6 month old cows milk…

I wouldnt suggest it for a new born but, I didnt drink it as small child because i was allergic to milk. Have you tried soy formula? Your baby may have another cause making him vomit, you may want to ask a doctor
