This is the "Chicken Lady" she has chickens and is our neighbor. Today Aidan suggested we take the lady who has chickens some cookies and so we did. We had such a great time over there, I think we were there for 2 1/2 hours! They have horses and cats too. We also met her husband Monte and she gave me a tour of her beautiful home, what a fun morning we had!
Question by CHELSEA F: What do I do my yorkie puppy will not eat hard food Eukanuba & Blue Buffalo?
The breeder spoiled the puppies with chicken liver so now every night we feed her chicken liver just so she eats. What do I do? Please help!

Your Yorkie will not starve herself. Feed her the kibble until she eats it. Do not let her manipulate you. You are boss, she’ll eat what you feed her. However, if she seems UNABLE to chew the food, perhaps a trip to the vet to check her teeth and jaw is in order.

My smaller dog was very very picky when she was younger. I got her Merrick Grammy’s Pot Pie food and add a little water and she loves it.

You can put the food and some water in the microwave and watch it boil for a 20 seconds,, then it will be softer but takes a while to cool off. Blue Buffalo and Ultra by Nutro are harder than rocks. I don’t know about Eukanuba. I have my dogs on Bil Jack Select, I think its only sold in Indiana or near to it. I asked a Petsmart employee for a recommendation of a soft (dry but not hard) food since my pup was vomiting undigested Nutro.

You can try starting her on a BARF diet.It is healthy, natural, nutritional and safe raw diet.
Eukanuba is not a great food for puppies. Its too rich for their little tummies. Besides, check out the ingredients. There is a lot of meat meals and corn. They cannot digest those ingredients that good.

Try soaking her kibble. Do not feed Eukanuba. Feed a quality food. Just chicken liver is not balanced food. It is too rich for a puppy. Feed her twice a day. Put the food down in the morning, for 15-20 minutes. If not eaten, remove until the next meal time. Feed the puppy 3-4 times a day.
