Judah being a spaz.
Today from 6-8 Judah, Rachel and I stood outside of the entrance of Jewel to raise money for the HSCA. I dreaded it and only agreed to do the "Tag Day" (that’s what they call it) out of guilt and a sense of obligation since they really needed people to take some shifts. So I said yeah…fine…even though I had to wear a dorky vest and hold a milk jug for the money.
It didn’t occur to me until t-minus an hour that…wait! I can bring Judah! And then I asked Rachel to come along and she said yes reluctantly.
So I put on Judah’s bee costume and within the first two minutes, I swear, I had five bucks. People just started shoving money in the milk jug and everyone wanted to pet Judah and she was having a blast while Rachel handed out a pamphlet for "Paws in the Park".
It was a nice day out and some people gave fives, one woman gave a ten! I was surprised. By 8 there were few people so we packed it up and Rachel said she would love to do it again and Adam echoed that. It really was a nice time and the hours flew by. It helped to have a well-behaved, super friendly, costumed dog, too.
My mom and I couldn’t resist counting the money and it was some 52 cents shy of 0! Not bad for two hours!

While watching the movie, it says that there are 10 plagues when Imhotep raises but I only counted 7 (Crickets, Blood, Raining fire, Darknesses, Bees, Boils/Sores, Slaves). I’m missing 3.

I think, in the movie, some of the plagues go by real quick. Here is a list:

    1. Water to Blood
    2. Frogs
    3. Gnats
    4. Flies
    5. Livestock Deceased
    6. Boils
    7. Thunder and Hail
    8. Locusts
    9. Darkness
    10. Death of Firstborn
