What are some sad family drama movies? Preferably movies that are currently on DVD.

  6. how is Titanic a sad family drama?

    My Sister’s Keeper
    Crash
August Rush (but that’s more happy than sad)
    Akeelah and the Bee
    Field of Dreams
    Because of Winn-Dixie
    Raise Your Voice
Rachel Getting Married (i thought this was horrible, but it is very much about family and pretty sad)
    Little Secrets
Fly Away Home (HUGE family stuff but not really sad)
    The Dust Factory
    Little Women
any of those Little House on the Prairie movies
Quigley (crappiest movie in the world though)
    A Little Princess

only one or two of these is rated R and they’re all currently available on DVD
