Tools of the Trade… A Cold Frame and Broadfork.mp4

I took a little risk and put our lettuce in the cold frame today. We also tried out our new broadfork on the beds. It worked out great! Later on, we’ll head back in and start some more seeds.

  2. It’s great to see kids jumping up and down on the broadfork and having fun in the garden. I am quite fond of jumping up and down on the broadfork myself. This video illustrates something about the broadfork that is not apparent from first glance. The broadfork may look cumbersome but it is actually very ergonomic and easy on the body.
