Question by gaga_chick: Tips on how to eat a non-processed earth food diet?
What can and cant I eat? Even healthy foods are processed to some degree- meat, fish, cheese, whole grain bread, wine…
which processed foods are the ones to avoid and which ones are not so bad or are inevitably processed unless I have my own garden/farm/bake my own bread, etc? e.g. is cheese and wine and meat ok to eat? how can I find out more about the steps in how processing works for a variety of foods we see every day?
thanks 🙂

If you truly wish to eat healthy why not raise your own garden, and poultry.
As a child and an adult we grew everything and had our own chickens, pigeons. We didn’t have cows however we would buy raw milk and made our own cheese, butter and baked our own bread. As an adult I also raised chickens, ducks and turkeys. We had bees all this on an acre of land… so it is possible… we never had to go to the store for food except for grains and beans in that these take a LOT of land to maintain for a family.
What I plan to do in the near future is find land and plant a grove of fruit trees, dates, sugar cane, veggies, have live stock: sheep, goats, cows, poultry and a man made pond to have fish to be ABSOLUTELY self sufficient…
