Little worm-like bug in a flower having a little rest in a flower bed
Question by smiles: tiny black worms in bed?
hi i just found a black worm in my bed..its very small. Im wondering if anybody knows what it could be? I also have a cat who sleeps in my bed often, she has fleas..is the worm related to my cats flea problem? thanks
Feel free to answer in the comment section below
the worm is from you’re cat. make sure the cat doesn’t go on your bed from now on. you should get her checked for worms, because she may have them…

These do not sound like flea larvae. They range from 1.5-5 mm (1/10-1/5 inch) so only the larger end would even be visible to the naked eye.
The only parasites really visible are fleas, tics, tapeworms and roundworms And animals get tapeworms from ingesting a flea. Since your cat has fleas, it is very possible it has tapes. I would suggest you get a fecal done for internal parasites and get the cat on a monthly preventative available from your vet like Advantage.
You need to take care of this as soon as possible.

i have never seen a worm that was black that came from a cat unless its maybe dead? or it could just be a regular old bug that was on the floor and your cat could have picked it up off the floor and was playing with it on the bed?

maybe your cat to bring that fleas into your bed. and please check it well if you find a lot of fleas to your bed. If this came from the bed or not .If postive this came from your bed please clean and use anti insecticide spray to your bed to protect against fleas.
