This almost didn’t come to the table too. My poor dining companion – first denied the steak tartare, then was given the steak tartare again in stead of the ordered beef tenderloin. The poor server must have been overwhelmed with the packed house and the various orders coming out at him. Unfortunately, even though we understand that it’s a tough place to be, for a professional restaurant at this calibre, it really is unacceptable (I feel for the guy, but yes, he was let go even though he tried).
