  1. Hi, Daniel. A couple of questions:

    Do you keep a mulch over the soil when you’re growing in the winter months under the hoop house? I was under the impression that a mulch may limit much of the solar heat during the day from thawing the ground when you’re growing winter crops in January/February.

    Also, how much do you need to water during the winter months, assuming you are growing in winter?
