God question for a closed loop system like this you would think it would boil over as opposed to one that goes to an heat exchanger and the circulation is stated when certain temperature is achieved. This temperature soils be few degrees centigrade higher then the storage tank inside house.the only way you can control the from overheating is by covering the collector surface
