Question by anubis: solar power for a home?
What is a good web site to check out for solar power for a home. I’m thinking about having solar power added to my water heater and to my furnace to cut down on gas usage. Maybe eventually to my lighting circuits. I want to have an idea of what the costs are and what the savings will be.

hey there, that is an good idea. but pricey.. put an blanket or wrap around it. make sure it is energy star on it. if it is over 15 years old or more. replace it. it would be cheaper..u can buy them from home depo or lowes.. i did and in one year i have saved so much money. get ur supplies from lowes/homedepo.
