Small worm like bug in bed, with only about 4-6 front legs?

The worms make their retreat below the surface before I recover them with more sphagnum bedding material. Thanks to the good folks at Hong Kong Willie for some good clean local worms.

Theres this tiny, speaking about a cm. Looks like it only has 4-6 front legs, the bug is too small for me to see for sure.

I have it on a paper towel. I want to know what this is, its brown too. I have learned bugs cannot crawl into the brain so dont say that , lol.
It just created some freaky like multiple web tail, it like came out in a way and grabed on, but it wasn’t a web, he couldn’t produce more, wow.
no, earwigs are way to big and look different to be this bug/worm..

its a centimeter long, very skinny, only legs in front, tan, and when i folded the paper towel so he wouldn’t crawl off, he produced, or already has in him, this sticky web like tail like thing to hold on, but it didn’t make more, so i am assuming it has this and puts it out when he needs it.

– he always has it (the tail like web, about 5 web-thin tails), but when he needs it to hang on, it comes out more.
