I want to get two Oberhaslis and start drinking goat’s milk. Is worming medicine common and how long should one wait to start drinking the milk after the goat has been given medicine?

My two favorite animals in the world are goats and mules! and maybe pigs too. When I get some property I’m want to have some boer goats(I’m allergic to milk), a couple of mules, and probably some chickens running around.
