Loved the video – I’m a vegetarian, just getting into canning, and am
always looking for good ‘ready meals’ that can sustain me through winter!

I have not had any problems seasoning my canned foods. I put it in the jar
just like I would prepare to eat it and it has worked fine for me. If you
try it and they turn bitter on you, please let me know, but I truly love to
make things with seasonings. I hope to post a pickled zucchini recipe soon!
Stay tuned! Thanks for the comment.
Thanks Nicholas. I looked into and it seems fine on my end. The beginning
of the video where I am outside is music, but once I start cooking, I am
talking. If you still experience trouble, let me know.
Thanks Margie! I really do not have that big of a farm. We have a lot of
property, but only live on 7 acres and only 2 acres is our farmland so to
speak. You really can do a lot with a little space. In my new book I talk
about vertical gardening and growing your garden in pots. I am al about
saving space and having things beautiful! I sure appreciate your comment!
