Another element of a return to organic farming in rural India is the use of natural – and of age-old – recipes for growth promotion and soil fertilisation. Here we use several products from the cow – manure, milk, ghee (butter) and urine – and some fruits like coconut and banana to mix a potent natural fertilizer. All these are readily available in the area from the farm itself. Think of it like lunch for plants.
Question by Coral Berry: Please give the components and advantages/disadvantages of organic agriculture.?
Thank you.
