This video is our greenhouse. My husband built it. It grows our greens hydroponically. We have collards, Swiss chard, arugula, dandelion, watercress, lettuces, and romaine.

Interesting system and it looks a lot less labour intensive than the old soil and spade growing system. Can you grow all types of green leafed veg or just salad-type varieties? In the UK, I used to see watercress farms where they had clean flowing water and fields of watercress – wish we could have it here. Good luck with the project!
