  2. neighbor has pygmy goats. I take all of my excess garden stuff out here. pumkins a little soft or frost damaged? they dont care! the smell of sweet pumpkin will get all of them right in front of you without saying a word

  3. That is a dilemma. I know the Arcement’s are very careful when they find homes for their new kids. The last thing they want is for any harm to come to them. Another goat owner I know has 2 of them as pets. They go on runs with her and they even get to go to work with her – but that’s not for everyone either. I’m curious to learn what other dairy goat owners do.

  4. The only problem with having urban/backyard goats is that in order to produce milk they must be pregnant. So, you could quickly run out of room for the goats when the babies come along. I just can’t see myself selling off, or giving away, the babies knowing they may end up on someones dining table. Anyone got a way around my dilemma?
