In my experience, Megachile (leafcutter bees), tend to utilise more
prevalently your condos when your condos are placed right in amongst flower
gardens, down lower than most Osmia (mason bees) condos. I’ve also had good
luck with Anthidium (wool-carder bees) in the same situation. The other
factor of course is to put these condos out later in the spring and early
summer as opposed to the early spring time for Osmia.

we have carpenter bees living in our house….would these draw them out of
my house? these are really cool by the way 🙂
