  2. we marinate our meat, turkey, pork and chicken in rice wine vinegar, its milder than regular vinegar, and replaces the need for salt, its amazing how it makes the meat taste, you won’t miss the salt. just a tidbit for those that are salt restricted.

  6. I started canning with my Mother and Grandmother growing up. So it has always been a way of life for me.
