Really a good overview and objective video on potatoes that are generally
available to so many of us. Had never thought of it from this perspective.
Thank you! Mrs. Tc
Hi! I really enjoy your videos! And allow me to encourage you to continue
producing them! In my latitude is very difficult to find Russert, and the
White, Red and Alpha are the most cultivated ones. I really appreciate the
starchy flavor of some fried Russerts for a change but we really love the
taste of the waxy one, most of all in our everyday home cooking. Thank you
again for your posts!
I luv the red the best also 🙂 and they are higher priced also. Thanks on
the tip about potato canning. Your vids are really informative thanks! Take

Thanks for all of the advice! Great to have this knowledge as I’m about to
have a big harvest of potatoes. This helps me on deciding to plant the reds
for longer term canning next year. I’m glad I found your channel!
