really nice way of explaining the process. And I love eating these farathas. But plz next time give attention to hygeine also. I mean her nails are so long and at the end she is showing the layers ‘lachha’ with her nail…..I mean come on, this is so natural for anyone cooking to see that he or she meets the basic rules of hygiene….

Great recipe. I will definitely try this at home, preferably with maida and desi ghee.

Going to try later this week, but have to say if it’s necessary at all, the music on your website is way, way too loud.
Here’s hoping it works!

It’s coming in layers nicely. But tastes like chappati. Can we try it with pure maida? will it come in layers like this?
