the awesome thing is, besides Joel, is that McDonalds went to the cookie cutter assembly-line model that they currently have in order to cut costs on training people how to prepare the food!!! Now Chipotle is successful using the exact model that fast food got away from….
chipotle went back to being independent. it’s stint was mcdonald’s was temporary. joel salatin is a rock star! can’t wait to see him lecture at UW this week!
