Joel Salatin’s keynote speech from the Mother Earth News Fair in Puyallup, Washington on Sunday, June 3, 2012. I’ve seen a number of Joel’s videos and he’s always interesting and entertaining. He did not disappoint this time either. I’m still figuring out Adobe Premiere, as you can probably see. I think I could probably use a newer and better video camera too (at least, that’s what I’m going to tell my wife).
