Question by poppyseed: Is it illegal to walk around town with my pygmy goat?
She’s super trained and never leaves my side. She’s only about 45 lbs. So in places that allow dogs would I be allowed to bring my goat? Could I bring her to a dog beach?

  3. It would be illegal NOT to walk around with your pygmy goat. Its time for you and your goat to run that town.

  4. I have no idea but I hope you can. I don’t know about everyone else but seeing a pygmy goat walking around town would make my day. 🙂

  5. I personally would not, as there is a strong probability that dogs walking in the area would be aggressive towards the goat, and either scare it into running, or hurt it.

  6. talk to your local councell. it will depend on where you live. i know where i live people can ride horses down the main road and i have seen someone walking their pet pig. however i live in a country town. when i was in the city there was a no horses rule on most streets and ll farm animals were to be penned as farm animals not walked like pets (the city sucks).

people here can not answer your question as laws vary from region to region
