Is a used solar water heater worth anything?

Question by Scalan: Is a used solar water heater worth anything?
I know the copper fittings and pipes on the outside are, but is there anything on the inside of the tank that is?

Or is the tank itself worth anything?

It theoretically used to asist heating the house water tank and even pool, and had a bunch of cool blinking lights, and buttons, dials and readouts! But I had to disconnect it when it became infatuated with my cat “Daisy”, started trying to scald me in the shower and got furious if i didn’t address him as Hal-9000 when i walked buy.
