The Ferry Plaza Farmers Market, a California certified farmers market operated by the Center for Urban Education about Sustainable Agriculture (CUESA), is open every Tuesday and Saturday. Started as a one-time event in 1992, the Ferry Plaza Farmers Market’s popularity led to the opening of a year-round market in May 1993.

It teaches you about farming organically and farm production ect. I know “Green” jobs are in the future but does anyone know if this is a good path to take? It will take me two years but I think i’d transfer to a university for my bachelors. If you know anything let me know thanks.

  2. Any degree you would like to obtain is valuable, and if you like the field you are studying in all the better! Go for it. With the height in environmental awareness, these skills are more valuable than ever. Good luck!
