Question by bluetem: if i want to raise money for a charity ,do i have to tell them ?
I sell my own prints and want to raise money for a charity, eg. help for heroes. Am i allowed to say ” £9.99 for the print and £2 goes to help for heroes for example. Would i bee able to put there logo on my leaflet, or do i have to contact them first ? thanks

You should contact them, and I’m sure they would be happy to let you use their logo to get donations.

You need written permission to solicit funds in a charity’s name. Failure to do some and someone can have you charged with fraud
