  1. You don’t want dirt but peat moss (vermiculite if you can find it), compost, and soil. I made a 4×4 and it bought a big bag of moss, and compost, and 3 of the small bags of soil I think. So I would suggest double that. 🙂

  3. I would go with Jazkabor but you did not say what you are putting in the bottom, I would dig up the grass if any and go down 2 inch and put cardboard boxs and newspaper and you will have a good raised bed Best Of Luck

  4. 21.12 square feet, just a little over 3/4 yard which is how they sell soil if you’re buying it.
