2. i worked at a restaurant years ago , and a guy came in with a crate of grapes. We crushed the grapes put them in a large jar, added sugar, and a potatoe covered with a latex glove ….it was the best wine i ever tasted.

5. anyone can rig an airlock system together… just use your imagination. I’m going to use straws and tape instead of plastic tubing because I’m poor and that’s what I have. One end out the top of the fermenting container and the other end in some water and walah! That’s just the easy way but very effective!
