@Naviti7 Yeast gives your bread its lift, however if you let it rise too
much you will lose your gluten and your bread will go flat and be very hard.
@beautyblogs This mixer is the 7 quart Viking. We love it we use it almost
everyday. We bought it online several years ago. I don’t remember where,
but you can find them just about any where.

@04Z06RACER They are both great machines! We just opted for the viking
because it had the largest bowl at the time.

@zenawanabe It is actually 4 to 5 cups depending on how well the liquid is
absorbed, if your dough is too wet add that extra cup.
