I made this bread and it turned out fantastic. Nice height, nice crumb, browns nice in the toaster. I found the video annoying to watch (Sorry)…Twice ( to get the recipe). Thanks, I appreciate it. I had to add a little more flour but I roughly converted all measurements to Imperial. Also used standard flour. Defineatly will make again.
Bread flour has a higher gluten content than all purpose.I’ve found that when you make bread using bread flour the texture is much softer. You’ll just have to try making bread using all purpose and bread flour, then you’ll see what I mean.
Perhaps, and that is acceptable. A stand mixer’s dough hook is a lifesaver for those who want healthy home made bread but are physically unable to knead for the required time. C’mon, be tolerant.
That would be okay if every country used the same cup size, they don’t. With grams, all countries are catered for, which is as it should be for the internet. Why not put a conversion table on your toolbar if you find it too confusing – problem solved 🙂
cups are incredibly inaccurate – especially since metric cups and US cups are different, a gram is a gram – there’s no confusion, and you can measure much more accurately.

Really clear:) but where was the sugar? Sugar is the ‘food’ to the yeast, and mixed with warmth makes it activate.
Maybe it was the honey:3
