if i want to divide that dough into few smaller dough, when should i do it?
is it after the first time it’s doubling in size? thanks
Ho~~ i love ur recipe. But i want to ask you. Can i just use bread flour
for this recipe? I live in a very small town in korea so it’s very hard to
find special types of flour. Thanks for sharing
Yup, we had loads of tomatoes, especially our ‘Grushovka’ Siberian beef
tomatoes were amazing, some of the best tomatoes I had in years! Our quinoa
is drying now and we’ll thrash and winnow it soon. How ybout your growing
season?
hello, can you please tell me if there is grams measurement on the yeast
package, coz i live in another country, and we don’t have that brand of
yeast and so I don’t know how many to put in. Thanks!
Yeah I heard that the growing season was insanely hot in America, that some
areas were even too hot for picking. We had a very good July over here and
the rest was allright, so we basically had a pretty good growing season
with lots of success. I always find that the key is to nurture the soil and
to know what conditions each individual plant needs
Try adding a 1/4 teaspoon of ground ginger to the mix for the dough. Ginger
will help protect the yeast cells from outside bacteria and antigens. This
comes from a book of homemade dough making dating back in the 1800’s and it
works. You can soften the crust with brushed on melted butter and it gives
it a fabulous shine to the finished product…

@Pwaak Hi, the measurement in cups should be 4 cups more or less of flour,
so maybe 3 cups white flour and 1 cup wholemeal flour should be fine
