You can make rice flour in a grinder/blender. Look it up.
this is a bit like watching paint dry… so slow ! When you knead, hold the
dough and push it away from you – stretch it right out not just lump it
around as you were… Add 3/4 of the flour only then use the other 1/4 to
knead. If you add too much flour when kneading it will be heavy. Oil your
hands (taking off the jewellery its unhygenic !!)
I’m sorry but this is not how to make bread. The very first thing you did –
pour yeast directly onto the salt is wrong- salt kills yeast. The hydration
was too low, the kneading poor and the shaping non-existent. The glaze was
also wrong. Please get a book -e.g. Dough by Bertinet- it comes with a good
video and practice (a lot) before attempting to make any more videos about
bread making.
I would like to say Thankyou for sharing your receipt, I followed it to the
end and I must say my bread turned out brilliant and tastes delicious, keep
posting your receipts they are really helpfull , Thankyou again .to the
negatives comments you all need to get out more and turn your negatives to
positives you might even enjoy your selfs

I’ve only seen Tiger Rolls in ASDA actually. They sell really fast too,
along with their cheesy rolls.

your paste was way to thin, hence your bread was not crisp and crackling.
