Oh WOW!! Thee are amazing!! I questioned why that dough rather then Pate a
Choux, but now I get it!! Keep sharing, you and your food is amazing/
greetings from Mexico, i have a question , what can i use insted of
coconut? i loved this recipe, i have a little restaurant or what we call in
Mexico cocina economica, and i want to make this sweet bread to sell it,but
not everyone is fan of coconut, can yo help me?
just curious, but why not use a Pate a Choux recipe? is there a difference
in taste you were going for with the bread dough? it just made me think of
profiteroles, which i LOVE to make and eat!
Love your videos.. 🙂 I just wanna know this pastry cream has egg yolks
while the pastry cream you showed for the fruit tart has whole eggs.. Is
there any particular reason for it? or can we just either put yolks or
whole eggs??

Oi Raiza, seus vídeos são excelentes, mas há problemas com o áudio. Você
deveria colocar um microfone externo à câmera mais próximo de você.
