@LunaAumento Some whole milk would work fine, maybe 2-3 table spoons.

I used to work for some Japanese food stalls. The 1st stall was selling Japanese crepe, WHICH WAS SO FUCKING GOOD. The 2nd stall was selling some cakes that were imported from Japan. The cake was extremely delicious! The 3rd one was selling croquettes(beef/corn/salmon). They were imported from Japan as well so all I had to do was just fry it. I ate a few croquette burgers(buns, croquette, vege, mayo&bulldog sauce) & I’ve been wanting to learn how to actually make some. This video is just perfect <3

I’ve thought that before when watching these videos too. One of the reasons I like this channel is because it shows you how all those recipes you make in Harvest Moon look in real life. 😀

Aww come on, that’s not how to chop a basil.. You have you leave the tip of your knife along the surface and only chop it through once so it doesn’t bruise~

Try rinsing them in cold water before you peel them. It helps to cool them down so you don’t have to play “hot potato” with yourself while peeling them ^^
