Ingredients for serving 7~8 coroquettes : 500g Potato : 60g Onion : 200g Ground beef or Pork : 15g Butter : 1 tbsp Soy sauce : 1 tbsp Sugar : 1 tbsp White wine : 3 tbsp Heavy cream : 1 Bay leaf : (Basil if you like) The sauce I put on croquette is bull dog brand sauce (Tonkatsu sauce). You can put okonomiyaki sauce, takoyaki sauce, demiglace sauce or ketchup if you like.   8. I used to work for some Japanese food stalls. The 1st stall was selling Japanese crepe, WHICH WAS SO FUCKING GOOD. The 2nd stall was selling some cakes that were imported from Japan. The cake was extremely delicious! The 3rd one was selling croquettes(beef/corn/salmon). They were imported from Japan as well so all I had to do was just fry it. I ate a few croquette burgers(buns,croquette,vege,mayo&bulldog sauce) & I’ve been wanting to learn how to actually make some. This video is just perfect <3

  14. Aww come on, that’s not how to chop a basil.. You have you leave the tip of your knife along the surface and only chop it through once so it doesn’t bruise~

    am Arabian XD the difrence is that we make it not that round 😉

  18. Try rinsing them in cold water before you peel them. It helps to cool them down so you don’t have to play “hot potato” with yourself while peeling them ^^
