Unless making an actual Italian meal, I like the grape oil better then any other oil.

@ Sherri – regarding how long it will keep in fridge — Leave at room temperature for 1 to 2 hours then refrigerate for up to 1 week. (this is from Alton Brown’s recipe as per time to store in fridge after making a homemade mayo) you can search for his recipe..

The labs are great, love the dogs.
I’ve made curry mayonnaise before. It improves the flavor if you bloom it in some of the oil. Warm some of the oil on a medium-low setting and add the curry. It shouldn’t be too hot, or you will burn the spices. Take it off the heat and let it cool.
Good for the garlic too. It will mellow out the flavor.
