You can make apple bettys or bread pudding with the extra bread.
For the extra bread and top I dry them , then put them through my food
processor add basil, org, dry garlic and POOF make incredible Italian bread
crumbs.

Great catch! The recipe is correct – you should use 2 tablespoons of oil.

That’s funny she said 2 teaspoon of oil and the recipie reads 2 tablespoon

shouldnt you be using a dough hook in the stand mixer and not a paddle?
