Awesome method!!! I’m gonna do it exactly as you did except I’m gonna see if I can get some wine yeast off the internet delivered to me (we live way out in the sticks and I know there’s no place close to get it…hehehe).
It’s actually quite simple to change the orientation in the video manager, and your recipe seems quite interesting so IMHO you should consider changing it. It ends up looking much more professional.
But why not make it look so much better so simply?
I’m sorry.
I just would find it so much easier to understand without having to twist my head, yet it seems like such a good recipe.
I was wondering.. I used the same yeast u did not wine yeast. I shook the hell out of it and it made my sugar dissolve but my yeast is still visiable? Is this normal??
This is not how I would go about making some wine, lol. Here’s a better way. Cut up a watermelon into large chunks and put it in a blender. Go get some white knee highs at Wal-Mart and wrap the top of the knee high onto a clean and sanitized tea pitcher. This gets rid of most of the pulp. When you’ve got 2 gallons of juice, bowl it in a clean stainless steel pot until it reduces down to 1 gallon. Add some WINE yeast, and put it in a proper carboy.
Just worked out that way with the phone I used to record it. If it’s that big of a problem for you, watch it with your head turned sideways and it will work out
*Edit* After a few different batches, I have found that it is better to use wine yeast. While baking yeast will get the job done, it also leaves a kind of sour dough smell and taste.

When I did this, it turned clear and then stuff settled at the bottom. What do I do now?

Why would you record this sideways? Dumb.
